On December 16, 2023 we conducted our last Team Mongoose BJJ belt promotion and it was one for the books. As we celebrated the promotion of our adult bjj students, in our new dojo, we also had the pleasure of welcoming one of North Carolina's finest martial arts instructor, Justin Goins and some of his top students.
